App Privacy Policy
Velytra App Privacy Policy: how workout data is stored, controlled, and shared by users.
Who we are
Velytra is a multisport training and coaching platform. For privacy questions, requests, or data deletion enquiries, contact us at velytra@onmedic.org.
This policy explains how Velytra handles information connected to the app, including workouts stored in the cloud and optional sharing with coaches.
Information we process
Velytra may process account details, contact information, workout records, training notes, progress data, coach-athlete relationships, support messages, and technical data needed to operate and secure the service.
Workout data is stored in the cloud so users can keep their training history available across sessions and devices.
- Account and contact details provided by the user
- Workout history, training data, comments, and related progress information
- Technical information required for security, reliability, and service operation
How workouts are shared
Users decide which workouts they share with their coaches. Velytra does not make private workouts available to coaches unless the user chooses to share them through the app.
Users can change what they share over time, and coach access is limited to the workout information the user has chosen to share.
How we use information
We use data to provide the app, store and sync workouts, support coach-athlete follow-up, respond to user requests, maintain security, and improve reliability.
We do not use workout data to create third-party advertising profiles.
No selling or third-party sharing
We never sell user data.
We do not share user data with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Limited service providers may process data only when needed to host, operate, secure, or support Velytra, or when required by law.
Retention and user choices
We keep workout and account data for as long as needed to provide the service, unless a user asks us to delete it or a longer retention period is required by law.
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance by contacting velytra@onmedic.org.
